Amnioreduction
Amnioreduction is a procedure that is used when there is an excessive amount of amniotic fluid in the amniotic sac. This procedure reduces the amount of amniotic fluid and relieves pressure. This procedure is similar to amniocentesis, where we use a high-resolution fetal ultrasound as we guide a fine needle through your abdomen as we withdraw the excess fluid.
